Dani O'Donnell is a highly respected and accomplished commercial real estate broker, serving as the President of ATLAS Commercial Real Estate. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Dani has established himself as an expert in the New York City and New Jersey markets, completing all types of transactions from residential buildings to commercial condos.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Dani attended Kean University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science while also playing wide receiver for the school's football team. After graduating, he began his career in commercial real estate and quickly rose through the ranks due to his hard work and dedication to his clients.
Throughout his career, Dani has represented some of the most prominent asset management firms during multi-property office leasing expansions and all types of complicated transactions in the office space market, on both the tenant rep and landlord rep side. He has a keen eye for identifying the right properties for his clients and negotiating deals that are in their best interest.
In addition to his successful career, Dani is also an active member of his community. He currently resides in Toms River, New Jersey, with his wife and two sons, and enjoys coaching youth sports teams and traveling with his family. Dani is highly regarded by his clients and peers alike for his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to his craft.
